Brooke worked with me very well to figure out how we could work out an appointment. Then Lorenzo contacted me and was able to come sooner than expected and that worked out great. I was very impressed with Lorenzo. He was cheerful, professional and quickly fixed our broken lift springs. He also gave me some good advice on an insulated garage door that was really good information. Overall I was very impressed!!

My son referred Henderson to me. When I called the lady sounded like she actually liked her job. She was pleasant to talk with, and scheduled me a service call immediately, which was a surprise. Then I got an even better surprise when the service technician arrived ahead of schedule. He was a very well mannered young man, and he knew immediately what needed to be done. He gave me a price for the service and a time frame for the service. He knew exactly what he was doing and even finished ahead of time. I am very pleased with his work and his pleasant attitude, he is definitely a great asset for his company. Nobody wants to replace or repair anything around the house, but if I ever need to have future garage door service, Henderson will be my first company of choice.
